For Dancetourist, careful handling of personal data is of great importance. Regarding the processing of personal data, Dancetourist acts in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/li>\n<li>2. Dancetourist handles personal data with care and treats it confidentially.<\/li>\n<li>3. Dancetourist collects personal data of the data subject when the data subject has provided this personal data to Dancetourist via the website, has contacted Dancetourist by telephone or email, or when a participant provides personal data of a data subject who is participating in the agreement as the participant's partner or who takes over the agreement.<\/li>\n<li>4. Dancetourist collects and processes the following personal data:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>first name and surname;<\/li>\n<li>sex;<\/li>\n<li>email address;<\/li>\n<li>telephone number;<\/li>\n<li>postcode, address, house number and town;<\/li>\n<li>Date of birth<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>5. Special category personal data will only be processed by Dancetourist if this personal data has been provided voluntarily to Dancetourist by the data subject, such as information concerning the data subject's health, and the processing is necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject.<\/li>\n<li>6. Dancetourist does not process personal data outside the EU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-privacy\"><strong>Legal basis and purposes of the processing<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of the contract or, at the data subject\u2019s request, the taking of pre-contractual measures.<\/li>\n<li>2. Dancetourist collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>processing a request and\/or comment from the data subject;<\/li>\n<li>the formation of the agreement;<\/li>\n<li>in order to perform the agreement;<\/li>\n<li>in order to be able to contact the data subject in connection with the performance of the contract;<\/li>\n<li>to fulfil administrative obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>3. The provision of the personal data referred to in Article 1.4 is a contractual obligation. If the data subject does not provide this personal data, the agreement cannot be concluded.<\/li>\n<li>4. Dancetourist will not store the personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to realise the purposes, as described in article 2.2, for which the personal data are processed.<\/li>\n<li>5. Dancetourist processes only the personal data that is strictly necessary for the purposes in question. Dancetourist aims to keep data processing to a minimum.<\/li>\n<li>6. Dancetourist shall not process the personal data for purposes other than those described above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-privacy\"><strong>Deletion of personal data<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. Dancetourist shall delete personal data from its systems without undue delay, inter alia if:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;<\/li>\n<li>the data subject objects to the processing of their personal data and this objection is justified;<\/li>\n<li>the personal data is inaccurate or out of date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>2. Dancetourist is not obliged to erase personal data if one of the situations described in law applies where the \u201cright to be forgotten\u201d does not apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-privacy\"><strong>Disclosure of personal data to third parties<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. Dancetourist will disclose the data subject\u2019s personal data to third parties if:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dancetourist has obtained explicit prior consent for this from the data subject;<\/li>\n<li>one of the legal grounds applies on which the provision of personal data to a third party is permitted;<\/li>\n<li>it is necessary for the performance of the contract;<\/li>\n<li>The data is transferred to a data processor engaged by Dancetourist for the purposes set out in this privacy policy; Dancetourist has entered into an agreement with that data processor to ensure that the processor provides sufficient safeguards in terms of technical and organisational security measures relating to the processing operations to be carried out.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>The data subject may withdraw their consent to provide personal data to third parties at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-privacy\"><strong>Right of access, right to data portability, rectification and erasure<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. Upon request, Dancetourist shall grant the data subject access to all personal data that Dancetourist holds about them and shall provide the data subject with a free copy of this data in such a format that the data subject can readily provide the personal data to a third party.<\/li>\n<li>2. Dancetourist offers the data subject the opportunity to have any incorrect data held by Dancetourist concerning them corrected or deleted free of charge.<\/li>\n<li>3. The request for access to, modification or deletion of data can be submitted to Dancetourist in writing or by email; see article 8.1 of this privacy policy for Dancetourist's contact details. Dancetourist will respond to such a request as soon as possible and in any case within 4 weeks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-privacy\"><strong>Objection<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. The data subject may object to Dancetourist against the processing of their personal data if they have a valid reason to do so given their specific situation. After Dancetourist has received the objection from the data subject, Dancetourist shall cease the processing of the data subject's personal data, unless Dancetourist has compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests of the data subject.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-privacy\"><strong>Right to restriction<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. If the data subject has submitted a request regarding the rectification, completion or erasure of their personal data, or has lodged an objection regarding the processing of their personal data, and the handling, processing and execution of this request or objection takes some time, the data subject may request Dancetourist to restrict the processing of their personal data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-privacy\"><strong>Contact<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1.
